absolutely ridiculous!! Its an easy fix, if you're illegal, no refund. Period. Take some of the billions saved to pay for a team of people to sort through the paperwork and find the illegals and deport their asses!!

Anyone can lie on a tax return. They just answer the questions. The IRS only audits a small fraction of returns so they get away with it. It's only illegal if you get caught, right?
I have a solution, don't allow those with an ITIN to use the credit.
