I just wanted to say to everyone on here, that y'all are awesome. Everyone is very helpful, and just cool people. I have learned quite a bit in the short time I have been on this forum. And I am sure I will learn alot more. Thanks for all the help.

this place kicks ass! I get a sound im not used to hearing I jump right on here and 19 diffrent solutions to my problem whithin a few minutes!
The people on here are awesome! I have had the pleasure of meeting several in person. And even though I occasionaly come off as being a little bit over the top....They still accepted me. well maybe everyone but Coots wife! (j/k coot)

If it wasn't for this forum, I would have had to sell my R* and just given up. Not many places to bring big bikes for repairs in Thailand, and not many places that handle big bike parts.
This forum is not only a great resource for information and DIY technical knowledge and lessons learned through trial and error, but it provides so much more in the way of resources for products and merchandise that I would have otherwise had to search for weeks and maybe never find.
Thanks to all! You know who you are!

I agree that this is a great forum. I have been on lots of bike forums over the years but this one is different. It is really low on B.S, and really big on useful info. Wifey has only had the Road Star a few weeks now but I have done all kinds of stuff to it with info that I have gotten here. Thanks guys! I am working on a post of all the mods so far and will post an update soon.

we all help each other here...which is rare no matter where you go... i have whipped a stock roadstar into a machine that delivers astonishment every time i twist the throttle...all the mods and repairs i have done in just over 2 years have been asked and answered here by all of the great people on this forum... its a great place to learn if you own a roadstar..or two !! and thanks Gram for running the show..with the help of the moderators of course ..  |
