Don't sell it, do just like you said, hang on to it and buy a second bike. That's why I have the harley and the R*. I have been asked several times about selling June's trike and even though I have been offered some serious money and I have told them NO! Her trike is different then anything out there and I have put a lot of blood sweat & tears and it's just means more to me and her then money.

Actually, when I am asked my standard reply is $17K. A couple of times I was surprised by a few counter offers but often it puts the issue to bed.

My ride aint even close to yours, but I know how much I have in it, I know how much She means to me and so when I get the "how much" question I double what I have in it then add a few grand for sentimentality and that usually sends them packing  To me if someone wants to buy "my ride" that I made my own, they are gonna PAY for it if they want it that bad.

Oh, meant to say the first time, my kid Sis has 2 Vic's and one is an 08 Cross Country. She loves them both, very reliable and Vic has made the bikes better and better from customer feedback. That 106 6speed is very impressive. But out of curiosity, if you are so happy with your Roadie why not put a Strat Deluxe into mix as well for your touring option?
