They don't have to be yellow, I just figured that seeing how
most of my riding is at night (third shift) yellow might be
easier to see in the rain.

I like that they come in Yellow now. The ones I have are kinda gray. I feel like I'm wearing camouflage when I have them on. The more you can be seen the better.

I have the FroggToggs also, they are great, you don't sweat in them like the conventional types. The only time the rain seeped through my Toggs was on the way to Daytona, about 200 miles of pouring rain, I don't think the best rainsuit invented would have kept me dry. But I will say I was just damp and not soaked, I still say they worked great! I did notice that when I got to Daytona I had something stuck on my pipes and took a look at my leg and had a hole melted into the pants , I was more worried about the pipes than the pants!

Buy an ironing board cover. Cut out a piece that will cover your lower leg from front to back. And sew it onto the inside of the right pant leg. Might not look cool but it keeps your pants from melting on the pipes.

Thanks for the idea Musky, the Toggs ain't cheep, I will give this a try. The wife need to replace "her" cover, so I may use the old one. I will try to dye it black first, pink just would not look cool !!!
