When it does warm up the melting snow is salt water and every corner is a sand trap waiting to take the bike out from underneath you. No wind and sunny, I couldn't take it anymore. Its been sitting in the polebarn for two months longing to lick pavement. This is the first roadbike I have ever owned or ridden and all I can say is whoa... What a ride! I can see why guys fall in love with these bikes. I was so excited to get it on the road I forgot my goggles on the bench, and was so focused on the road ahead I didnt notice until my tears began to freeze. I'm still very apprehensive about riding this bike, can't toss it around like a dirt bike. But when you open up that throttle it was like ridin' a rocket ship! I unburied the old gal from the back of the garage ... then I bought out the Roadie ... ... I couldn't take it anymore. Still to cold to ride but not to cold to start adding on the winter goodies.
