just want to give kudoes & thanks to musky you hit the nail on the head with the belt squeaking, cleaned the plastic pieces under the pully cover and yes tightened the belt just a hair, is there anything about these bike you have not experienced? thanks

Glad it worked for you I'm learning things about these bikes everyday. I first learned about the roller squeak here too.

Here is another tip for a quiet belt.

Every time you service the bike or after riding on unsealed roads - clean and dry the belt (plus pulleys) then spray the inside(tooth side)of the belt with silcone spray. Some harley riders even use their wife's hair spray, which also contains silicone. Well I assume that the hair spray belongs to their wives
