You can't use a HD wheel unless it has a Yamaha hub.

But there are a number of vendors that sell 3/4" Yamaha axles for Harley wheels.

But it's not that simple as you'll need spacers, etc. ....

Check out Looney's and Yamster's Forums on Delphi for more info on the vendors, cost, etc.
