We had a grand time..Thanks for the invite Mark7, It was a great day had by all..Getting up to Buford in the am was a bit chilly, but after a breakfast at Ihop the sun had a chance to warm things up a bit and my black jacket started to do it's thing..absorb heat.. it was getting better, anywho, road up thru helen Ga. and then on into Highlands NC. where we had pizza for lunch. hoped to gas up there but no gas stations had any gas, something about being off season, anyway luckily for us, the rest of the trip was down hill into SC where we found some gas (say treat the throttle tenderly).... we probably did about 350 or so miles with about 100 of it on the freeway..I have to say, If I do much more of that freeway stuff I need a windshield, my eyes are so red my wife thinks I started smoking again.....
Anyway, M7 and I were the only roadies, but what was really strange, was their were no Harleys.. We had darn near everything else..
I truly hope spring breaks soon for all you folks up north, It will get your head right...

Good to hear you had a good time... I was really concerned you would have bad weather.
