Where do you get this wingnut??? I just put a Corbin dual touring seat on my bike this weekend and I want one of these wingnuts... I love the corbin as far as comfort but it feels like it pushes me forward just slightly... It may just be the backrest and me not used to it yet though...

Any seat that sits you lower in the Y on the frame will make you feel like you are forward and besides sitting lower your legs are bent more.

This is one I've been eyeballing for my Mustang Solo.
Not a wing nut, but will make it easier to remove.

Hey Dave
Not sure about the rear hole for passenger seat, but fairly sure rear hole for front solo is the 6mm. I checked a couple months ago, I had a bolt that fit, and took it to Lowes to screw it into their bolt/nut sizer. I'll have to check again before I order, don't trust my memory.

I have had my full rider/passenager Mustang seat on my '07 Roadstar for over a year and I and my wife love it. I am 5'7" so I actually enjoy the seat lowering me and moving me forward. As for accessing the toolkit under your seat, it is just as accessible as the stock seat.

The rear most bolt hole for the passenger seat is an 8mm X 1.25
I have already put a dent in my fender from having to get under my Mustang Solo seat when I didn't have a wrench, even though I keep it loose, so I can swing it to the side.
It doesn't show when I have my Mustang Solo own, but does when I have my Ultima on. I then have to use a chrome plug to cover it up. Wish I had gotten something to easily loosen it sooner, but at least I can keep it from getting worse.

I'm not sure where the bolt on my seat came from because I didn't buy my bike new but as long as you know the size you should be able to find something that you like. I heard someone say that it's 8mm. These are for pearl drums and under five dollars but I'm sure they would work. It's a WHOLE lot better than having to come up with a wrench to take your seat off.
