I didn't mean for you to make a claim with your insurance company, just let them know what is going on so they can offer any advice or direction. Your premiums won't go up for just seeking their advise, only if they were handling the claim. You are wanting to make a claim with the guilty parties insurance, you're just using your insurance companies knowledge of the industry. Now I just need to start ordering replacement parts. Thanks to everyone for their help & advice. So, they gave you what you needed? Glad to hear things worked out. Now you get the fun part of spending that money on some custom goodies. I'd definitely have the rearend looked at closely (hubs, swingarm, rim, etc.), make sure everything is 100% safe.
