Like I said, its job I wouldnt want and I am glad someone does it. Four of my riding group are police officers. One is my brother in law. Their bikes are louder than mine None of us have the lights even though here they are legal. You cant have them flash and you cant use the jitter bugs that light up at the tire rotates either.

From what I was told, As long as you are not driving/moving, they are o.k.. But if you are on the road and moving.... No color is legal. The reason they give is "It might distract the driver from seeing your brake lights. I guess Wisconsin drivers have a hard time figuring out what those bright red things mean on the back of the vehicle.

I have the Kuryakyn Lizard Lights on my bike. I ride a lot around the campus of Auburn University. I left Hooters one night and decided I would drive around with the blue lights on flash mode. I passed about 6 cops that night and never had any trouble with getting pulled over. I left a 3 Doors Down Concert, I believe thats what it was anyways, and had several cops directing traffic ask what I had on the bike. They complimented the way the lights looked and never said anything about turning them off. So to make a long story short I have never had any trouble in Alabama or Georgia with them and run them at night all the time.
