At least this didn't happen while they were wrenching on your bike like it did at a dealer here in Minnesota the other day.

So I guess that falls under the "dealership is not responsible for damages to bikes left here" clause that's in most service contracts. So your own insurance would have to cover it?

my dealer charged me 180 +tax+ 35 for mounting the rear metzler 160, which ende up being about 231, it was worth it over the dlap that i was on

Well I guess that's why they all give a guy such a good deal when you bring your rig in. Whatever. They gotta eat too. Just so long as I don't have to pay for the colateral damage like 100 bikes and atvs plus the neighbors building getting burned up along with my ride...

I just realized I kind of hi-jacked this thread. Sorry guys my bad.
