#78525 Blackroadie (User) If it ain't broke, You ain't ridin' hard enuf ! Platinum Boarder Posts: 1816 %#$@&*% weather 7 Months ago   Well, I had to hit the road Monday and stay out all week. Usually I'm home every day or two. Grabbed a load to Buffalo and Rochester N.Y. Reloaded back to Youngstown Oh. Ran empty to Canton Oh. and picked up a load to Milwaukee Wi. Then Milwaukee to Chicago. Finally, reloaded in Chicago last nite and headed home. The weather at home was SUNNY and 70- 80 ALL week while I was gone! Rolled into the house this morning at 6 a.m. ......just as it started to rain! Supposed to rain off and on all weekend. Question.... should I quit my job or hope for better weather next week??? It started snowing here on Friday afternoon and it's supposed to keep snowing untill Tuesday. Got close to a foot of snow, icy roads, and it is about 10 below with the wind howling and snow a driftin' I wish winter would get it over with! It was like +21 last SATURDAY when I had to be stuck inside at work in a meeting all day!!!!   Logged     A Fallen Man is not a failure.   The administrator has disabled public write access.
