Thanks Curt, not the look I was looking for, but I do like what you have on now. I think I am going to go with the LA choppers. Fifty Yet

Hi Curt, I'm just getting in from work. Here are a few pics to mull over. I didn't get anything built today (to busy), so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yes I do have a suggestion measure from the end of the exit cone into the inner pipe I see looking into the end of your pipes. Also determine the diameter of that same pipe. Go to the auto store and buy a pipe long enough to come out even with the end of your pipes ad have about an inch extra and large enough to fit over OR inside of the pipe that is deep in the center. Use a block of wood to hammer on and drive the pipe you bought at the auto store in till it is flush with the end of your cones and no farther. The loudness you have come from the larger diameter of the exit cone by putting the same size pipe all the way out it cuts down on the noise. and mellows the toneout. If you don't like it you can always pull the pipe out with a pair of vice grips and a hammer.

Thanks Curt, that's not a bad idea. It will be easy to install and test. I will have to drive the new peice of tube into the inside of the "inner pipe". I can go at least 1" before comming even close to the baffle. I run a shop in a foundry and I'm sure I can find a few peces of tubing to give it a try. I'll let you know how it turns out.
