1st Organized Run of the Year 3 Years, 8 Months ago

In about an hour, the Mrs. and I will be heading out to meet up with a few people to ride out to NYHD in Queens for their annual Breast Cancer Run. Should be a good one.

It's FINALLY not raining for this one and supposed to be in the mid 70's. If there's even a glimmer of rain on the horizon, she'll bale out on me after that DAV run last year where we got stuck at the top of the Brooklyn Bridge for about forty minutes in torrential down pours. I mean it was coming down sideways and you couldn't see Brooklyn or the city for the clouds.
I mean, how wet do you have to get so that the INSIDE of the helmets were soaked????? (We got nailed by a tidal wave from opposing traffic on our way home as we ran thru a 6" puddle.)
