You could do something to my yamaha corbin solo seat to make it more comfortable? like the Ultimate?
I can only take about 2 hours before my butt is dying!

Thats one of the reasons I bought my Ultimate, the claim that it keeps you in the same position. Well it does push you forward a little (jewels are just shy of the tank) but you get use to it

Just keep plenty of wax on that tank!

Re:What Seat?? 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I guess I just have a hard butt I have the Mustang with with Driver back rest and have not problem with long days in the saddle. I have never ridden in an Ultimate or Corbin, but have had the Mustang for about a year and a half and 12,000 miles. It felt really strange compared to the stock seat, but after a few days riding I would not go back. For the most part I ride about 90 minutes to 2 hours between breaks and generally do not get any achy breaky butt until into the 600 mile range. The stock seat would get me fidgiting at about 150 miles, and 300 was down right painful. Other considerations are whether you want a leather covering or vinyl. Ultimate and Corbin are leather I believe and should be protected when the wet stuff starts. The Mustang will absorb some water, but will not be harmed by rain or washing. I love my Mustang, but recommend that you try some of the others out before you buy. It is a big investment and you want to get it right. Anything is better than the stock seat IMHO. I also strongly recommend the driver backrest for long rides. It really helps take the load off.

I've got them on mine...I had the 3.5", the 3", and now have the 2.75" extensions. With these, I can keep the boards flat (no angle), whereas the other two lengths, I had to use the adjustable angle feature and tilt them up. But yes, they do work.

I tried em all on, from info I got here, I went with the Ultimate seat and i got the works, Everything plus the frogg toggs for em. 110% satisfied with em, so is the GF, she loves and uses the heck out of the Pouch on the rear of the backrest. The Mustang set me too far fwd. But it was comfortable. But kinda small. The Ultimate is very near stock fit, just a lot easier on your rear, tested 5 trips so far. Convinced.

Put key in, don't push down on it, just turn key all way to the left, it takes some force, then lift front of seat. If that don't work, you have a problem with the latch.
