I live 6 miles from Bob Kraft's Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots. Their first pre-season is tonite at 7:30.
Am I ready for some football? Bring it on!!!
After last year, I think this season will be a disappointment for you. But as I tell my friends up there: 18 & 1 is still more wins than 17 & 0.
I've got some relatives up that way in Wrenthom(sp?) and Walpole. My cousin Vinny's (yeah, he's an attorney)wife is an Ass't. DA in Boston. And an old Navy buddy is in Halifax off Rt. 495. I aways ask them to say,"Park the car," and one actually responds with," No way! Whatda think, I'm retarded!?!"

Yea... let's see, I just got the new Samsung Flat panel big screen... got the dish upgraded to HD... got the HDMI cable... Ah, yea... I'm ready for some football!!!!!!! I didn't know what I was missing until I got that big screen and then - HD! Man oh man... this is living!
Oh, yeah. Check and double check. Got the Samsung 46" LCD, the HDMI cables and the HD cable box ... and the 5:1 Yamaha Surround Sound System!
That is exactly what I have as well - love that 5.1!
you should have Dish TV... the Big Ten Network and the NFL channel - all HD! Plus CBS sports HD is showing lots of college games... watched Tennessee and Alabama last night from the Manning era - '97 I think it was.

I'm Ready!!! I'm originally from Boston, and Grew up watching the Patriots, Celtics, and Red Sox! The First Year I moved to Santa Fe is when the Patriots won the Super Bowl! Then again, and again, and doh!!! Anyway, I love watching out here when I can actually catch a game as they are not all shown as in Boston, and I fear I can never move back as now all the teams there "Except the Bruins", have won championships since my departure!!

Oh, yeah baby! Tomorrow night starts out what could be the best season yet for my Iggles! DMAC is healthy, the WRs are legit and the D is beefed up big time!
Did you guys get a new QB? Until then you'll never win the biggun.
Eagles are third best in the East behind the Cowboys and Giants under the best of circumstances, with my poor Skins occupying the cellar. I do think the NFC East is the best division in the NFL, should be a great year.

Top Gun 1,
Wrentham and Walpole are just north of me by a very few miles... ride through both towns all the time.
Last night's Patriot pre-season with Baltimore... as with all our first pre-season games was totally boring, and fraught with many errors and miscues. Makes you fear for the whole season until opening day.

Oh, I wouldn't be too sure about THAT prediction at all ... except the NFC East is the best division in the NFL. According to those CowGirls, they already won the SB this season. Maybe they should concentrate on just winning a playoff game first. Get yer tissues ready! A TO implosion is eminent! Just as last year:
And those Baby Blue Jints think they can repeat after losing all those players. NAH. Not gonna happen. The Skins and Eagles will enjoy much success against both of them this season. And, bar any injuries to DMAC, the Birds will surprise a lot of teams this year. Especially with a beefed up D to help shoulder the load. (No pun intended towards Charlie Batch who had his collar bone broken on a hit from the back up strong safety.)
I know that I'll catch some flack for these comments ... but that's what makes it so interesting!
