As for resizing, I'm using a program called Picasa2. It's a free down-load available on Google; picasa.google.com . Not only does it allow you to resize, you can edit your pics by adjusting the color and light levels, crop and a bunch of other things I haven't played with yet. It's pretty cool and it's free!
