For a Harley rider to ask if it was a Victory, well they don't know bikes other than Harley's. When I get "nice Harley" I tell them it's a Starley!!

Saw a full skirted front fender on a Suzuki M-90 this summer and I had to look twice to make sure it wasn't the real thing.

I saw the real thing a few months back on a ride. We stop to eat and there it was. I think it was full dressed white Cheif. Man it was sweet.

Someone on here once said that a person asked them if it was a Harley, and he said yes, it's the new Roadstar model, and off he went.

Yeah, mine really confuses the Hell outta people. I had one guy who had a Morgan automobile stop me in a parking lot and asked me when Morgan started making bikes...

It's just one I made...an homage to my father in law (who had a Morgan and a Lotus Super 7) and it just happens to be my daughter's name. It was a natural fit. I even tried to color match the pinstriping. It gets a lot of looks, usually of confusion...

I had a guy ask me the other day, "Is that a Road Star?" Coulda' knocked me over with a feather... The dude used to have one, but said that he was in a corner, and although he didn't know what happened, the next thing he remembers is waking up in the hospital. He'd owned a 2005 1700cc, he said. It was probably the first time anyone's ever looked at my bike and known what it was. LOL

Frank, I must be related to that fellow some where!!
