I think it's time you get a lawyer involved, properly document everything and record all phone conversations. Might end up being a "Class Action" suit. It's going to cost you a few bucks, but I think you would be better off with legal assistance. Some lawyers might tell you to just cancel the credit card and move on, but an aggressive lawyer will take it and try to get you your money back.
