Recent transplant to Roswell, GA from Arizona. Work at a pharmaceutical/chemical company based in Marietta, GA. And yes I agree, the price of drugs is high.
Have been in healthcare most of my adult life. Like Georgia but miss friends and family out west...Have a '06 Road* that is a "work in progress".

Post edited by: PharmaStar, at: 2007/08/07 05:58

Well, this certainly is a diverse group with a lot of experience (politically correct word for old).
I work for DOD as an Imagery Analyst. I’ve put in @ 36 years in the intelligence field working with everything from RF4’s, UAV’s, to “overhead”. I got my start in the field in 1970 (Arrrrrrmeeeee Training Sir) for 9 years, 6 months and 26 days and loved every minute of it. I had to leave due to family illness because I couldn't get a compassionate reassignment. Got out and picked up a government job doing the same type of work. I’ve served in support of Desert storm, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Bosnia/Serbia and countless other “engagements” trying to provide our fighting men an women the best information possible before engaging the enemy. They come first in my mind and giving them the edge, hopefully, is what I try to do. It’s a great gig, the weapons are always changing and there is always an axis of evil and I get to do @ 80 mile round trip every day often on the Silverado.
Bottom line, support the Troops even if you can’t support the administrations….they deserve it.

I am Field Support Tech for a local natural gas distributor.
Mainly "running the roads" in a crewcab. I try to keep my office time down to under an hour per day.... .
Wish I could run around on the Roadie all day instead.
