my son got his first turkey this morning 1 Year ago  
my 11 year old has been hooked on hunting for about 3 years now and today was the day he can put a turkey under his belt.

Tell him congrats Smoke. My son is 27 and hunts on his own now and I miss taking him. I took a 12yr old on our youth hunt this year and he killed a 22#lb 9 3/4" beard with 3/4" spurs. ....I don't think his feet have touched the ground yet!!!!!!
