I hope your recovery goes well.

Nice post, when I read the title and saw the picture of your bike I almost started crying. Glad you didn't get rid of that beauty.

Re:traded my roadie on Monday for this bobber. 1 Year, 1 Month ago
As everone has said do'nt even think about over doing it. Two years ago my back finally put me down where I could'nt walk and the pain was worse than when I got wounded in the Nam. Meat wagon had to haul me about 100 miles to the VA hospital and riding in one of them is like riding a jack hammer. The VA kept me on a morphine trip from hell for a week, to "break the pain cycle." Then I learn if I wanted the head of neuro surgery to do it, it would be two months. So they send me home with 100 morphine pills and told me to have my VA doctor here refill as needed. Said they'd worry about getting me of of it after I healed up. I told them I kicked the other stuff years ago and this would be a piece of cake, and it was. One thing they did'nt tell me and I learned the hard way, the pain killers will make you constipated. My advice as long as you need the stuff, keep plenty EXLAX on hand. I recovered well and was on my bike 250 miles from here on the 4 week anaversery of my surgery!! Heal up bro and good luck with it.
