I'm normally good with schematics, but I can't seem to find the wallet rape module. It's government, so I know there has to be one! Kinda like the CPU of legislation!

This is beautiful. All those little blue balls (cash) coming in from all directions, all that motion, and nothing coming out, they just get burned up. Perfect analogy!

UPDATE: Just found it the wallet rape module. It's athe the "delivery cycle" Guy on the bottom right handing you your "fair share"
