So to those of you who would question the accuracy of the testimony of the witnesses in this case, or imply that there was some kind of conspiracy against this guy I ask, would you go butt-to nuts with a 10 year-old for ANY reason in a shower? I'm not a sports nut, and the sports adoration culture totally escapes me. But it seems to me that most sports nuts in this country will excuse anything a high-profile figure in the sports world does. "There must be a conspiracy....", "The judicial system is flawed and sends innocent men to prison....". Please give me a break. This guy is a pedophile. 'Nuff said. And lest you think he is alone, there are literally tens of thousands like him stalking children as we speak (my brother is a probation officer, and about 60% of his probies are pedophiles. Their recidivisim rate is almost 100% upon release from prison). It would be a totally different story if it were your ten year-old this had happened to. Then the judicial system wouldn't be able to put him away quick enough. The speed that this high-profile case was consummated with is a credit to the system and a blessing to the taxpayers.

If you look at Sandusky's past, it seems Paterno knew this was going on too. When Sandusky was forced to retire a few years ago, when he was supposedly just coming into his prime and the next in line for Paterno's position, it became clear that something was up. Now it's clear what it was.

Blind Faith - love the whole album but Had To Cry Today would be my favorite. Too bad they broke up - but then we migght not have had Derek and the Dominoes.
I heard on news that they now segregate child abusers - too much risk putting them in general population. I say stick his sorry ass in with general population and hope they save us taxpayers many dollars!!!
Seems like way too much evidence to suggest he is anything less than a ##@#^, #$$$^^....

i don't really get your position. It seems there would never be a case strong enough for you. We are talking about 48 counts....48, and there were probably more. As a fireman, you should know better than all that where there is smoke there is usually fire.
