What's wrong with these little sh*ts.......it's partly the parents, IMHO. This made me livid. 11 Months ago   I used to get whipped with a branch from the dredded Forsythia Bush when I was a kid. Every one of my relatives seemed to have one of those F@#kers growing at their home. When I bought my house......the back yard had 3 giant ones....lol My Mom could strip the buds off one of those and be whipping in the same motion.....we called her Zorro. This made me livid. 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago   Good for the kids and parents to abide by the punishment. Sounds like they will be participating too. It's great this incident has raised awareness but I have a problem with the amount of money involved. I live in Rochester and there is a counter opinion that the situation wasn't handled correctly on the spot - some even say she wasn't doing her job. But I will tell you from personal experience, it's almost impossible to get a kid under the age of 16 arrested without, at the very least, an assault that caused a serious injury. PC, lawsuits, helicopter parents, timid administrators and inconsistent policy all contribute to what is the decay of public education. I learned to do what I could with what I had available and let the rest go because those administrators and colleagues not directly affected by any of it didn't care.
