Yes that's before we were officially there and before the UN was there. He was one of the greatest men i know. At the time of his death he had served over 17 years in 5th Spec Ops group on an actual team. He was a true American, mentor, and great friend. I go visit his grave because it was july 4th he was killed. And was never recognized by the govt for being killed in combat. Without you we would not have the freedoms we still have.
