Shortened version of my last name (Graham). No one ever says it right, so it was just easier to adopt the popular version

Flash -- Had that nickname for over 35 years. At 54 now it's one of my longtime favorites I quess. I answer to Jesus now too since I grew my hair on a dare about 4 years ago (half-way down my back now). Either one is better than a lot of what I get called.

As it turned out, one of my best buddies ended up being an F-18 Fighter Pilot that was assigned to Miramar as an instructor after Desert Storm. I ran into him on the Midway in San Diego in '91 and I hadn't seen since just before the '77 Annapolis Graduation. I use the name in his honor. Hope to run into him again sometime soon.

(P.S.- I could never fly with my vision problems. Couldn't even fix'em according to the Navy. But I did qualify for UDT/SEAL training. Go figure.)

My little sister started calling me killer for some unknown reason when she was about 6 and the dawg came from my fiance and I am not sure I want to know why. I love reading the articles. I am still learning how to use this thing called a computer.

That was an excellent album. Too bad Montrose and Hagar split (ego issues). They were the prototypical rock band...great lead guitar with great vocals. "Rock Candy" was one of my favorites on that record. Funny, just the other day I was wondering if I could find it on cd on Amazon. I may be getting older, but I can still get into some power chords. "Bad Motor Scooter" is a great rock tune.
