I used the stock pump mount bracket. Bent it differently... worked it over a bit on a bench grinder and bolted it right back up. The knob is tucked tight up under the tank, and the left side is very open.

On the right side, I made a mount for a Mr.Cs universal K&N filter idea, and then followed another person's idea here and rerouted the idle knob and cable to a hole drilled in the left side of the air filter mount, and snapped it into place there.

I used aluminum sheet from an old street sign for the air filter mount.

You can see clean through between the two cylinder jugs! Purty, purty!

And if I ever get my boy to show me how... I'll become a pic poster. I'm good with tools... miserable with computer instructions... techno-illiterate!
