Well, I am happy to report that, finally, after having nice enough weather when I'm not at work.I just got back from a quick road trip to test out the loose belt chirping noise. Almost completely gone and only when I really gun her and back off will it happen now. Another 1/4 - 1/2 turn should do it. Thanks to all for their input.
