This looks Great! I've been wanting to lower my R*, but have not had the bucks. This is a way that I can. However, I do have some questions.

My wife has her own R*, but will occasionally ride with me. This is generally when we're doing some long distance traveling, like our trip to Lake Tahoe. With the 2 of us, fully loaded saddlebags, and loaded T-Bag, I would imagine we're pushing close to 500 lbs. Under those conditions, I'm concerned about loosing ride comfort, suspension travel, bottoming out, etc. I'm fully aware of the fact that it will be easier to scrape floorbaors, exhaust, etc, and that I can adjust for.

Next question, if one was to do this and wanted to go back to stock, you just have to take it apart and turn the relay arm back around, right?

Lastly, a friend who had a R* once told me that to lower his scoot about 1", all he did was cut the lock nut off the chock, and turn it all the way out. Ever heard of this?
