Drill the Stock Exhaust (stage 1 4 Years, 10 Months ago
This thread discusses the Content article: Drill the Stock Exhaust (stage 1

What size hole is recommended to drill in baffle if performing stage one? Are 4 holes better than 8? Thanks

The larger and more holes the better the sound.

I would recommend that you drill the largest holes possible, and close together as possible expect leaving about 1/8" gap between two pairs of holes at 3 and 9 o'clock. Then remove the material between the other holes so that you have two slots held in place by the remaining metal at 3 and 9 o'clock.

davehrn posted some pics but they seem to have been deleted.

That's correct. You can use a dremel to join the two sets of 4 holes.

All the holes are not joined as the inner tube would not have any support. You'll see what I mean when you get your hands dirty.
