Yes on new plugs and all that good stuff I.E. diessambly of carb. Oh. The work is being done by yamaha mechanics. Have to pull choke to start and when it is below 40 degrees it will fire as normal but the longer it run the RPM will keep dropping until it wants to quit. RPM will range from 1300 to a point where I can't read it on my tach (needle whipping) It doesn,t idle the same RPM most of the time, even above 40 degrees
