Hey dabuckman,

I just finished adding the pro series hypercharger to my roadstar. I have the HK 3" Big straights with baffles. I had never seen a carb before, but with Doc's help it was pretty easy. Just go slow and label things. When mounting the hypercharger it took me a while to figure out where each hose went, but I finally did. Took the bike out Friday for the WOT test and it weny very well. I am taking the carb out again today to move the clip to the fourth groove and turn the PMS out a bit more per Doc's suggestion. Good luck!

pman

Re:Rejet Your Carburetor 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I am new to this website and I just was curious about rejetting the road star 1600. I am using the stock airbox with a k&n filter. I am considering changing out the stock exhausts for Vance & Hines longshots. Would I have to rejet if I installed the Vance & Hines longshots?

thanks

No you don't need to rejet. You may, but I doubt it, have to adjust your PMS. But ride it for a while and see how it runs.
