vettesare1. I like your attitude! Like StarCruiser06 said the washers are for back pressure. Many engines are set up for a certain amount of back pressure as part of their effective performance and the R* isn't any different. Once you start playing with carb and air box settings you find yourself "tuning" the exhaust. Just part of being a big boy with big toys. Greyphart
