I don't own one but I have worn one. It felt real good. For a helmet I've read lots of good things about them. Carbon fiber

I have one..pricey, but worth it IMO..I have a Fulmur that I like too and a Voss novelty..I like wearing it, and it looks cool...but I like my head too! LOL

I have a Daytona..took it out of the box tried it on and put it back in the box....for sale cheap...nice helmet, just didn't fix me XL head good.

I have 2 Vega helmets and like them both. I don't like the HJC that came with my bike and don't really like the fit of the Z1R. My wife likes her Z1R though. In the end you really need to try them all on to see what feels best to you. If it were me, I'd go local shopping and find what you like then call Clifford for the sale if he can help.

HJC half helmet for me. I've had this one for about 2 years. I had an off brand half helmet that came with a previous bike. The HJC was a great improvement.

Only problem I have is pressure on my forehead after 1-2 hours of riding. Had this with the last one, just sooner.

Must be the shape of my head?

You must wear a lid here in California so I have one of the fake non DOT helmets. yeah I know, I know. I'm just way old school, still have a belt buckle from the early 70's saying "let those who ride decide".

by the by, if you do a search its interesting as to what is really legal. COme to find out (as I understand it) a DOT approved helmet receives no testing, its just approved by them. Look for the Snell approval for a real helmet. And like they said for many years, "got a 10 buck head buy a 10 buck helmet". Must be why I have one!

Full face HJC helmet here. Yes, it's hot in the summer. So is the thick leather jacket I wear every time I ride. And the leather gloves and boots. If it's going to be in the 90+ degree range I try to ride either early or late. And where I live I have the option of riding close to the coast where it is usually cooler.

If I had half a head, I'd consider half a helmet.
