Law, I sure hope everything works out for you this time.
I'm not sure how much time you have left on your warranty, but you may want to check into your states lemon laws. There are specific requirments for your bike to qualify as a lemon and you need to know what those are so you can get the documentation, just in case you need to prove it. Some states will require that you took the vehicle into the dealer fot the same problem a certain number of times within a certain period of time to qualify.
An excellent source of information for that will be through your state attorney generals office. The AG's job is to help protect the citizens of the state, including against vehicle 'lemons'. They will be able to tell what you need in order to for your bike to qualify as a 'lemon' and the forms you'll need to fill out and send in to them.
Just mentioning the A.G. to a dealer has been known to have a significant effect on their motivation to take care of a problem. When a dealer finds out that you know your rights, they are usually more willing to work to resolve the problem.
Of course, be nice when talking about these things. Mentioning you know your rights is different than threatening with them, and if you're like me, when you're getting frustrated with an issue noone seems to be helping with, that's hard not to do.
I hope all goes well.
