I have only had it since the fall though so I have only had the chance to take it for a 2 hour ride. It seemed sufficient for small trips but nothing cross country. It looks slick though! I am thinking about getting one of those inflatable pads. No problem with communication by email. I guess the problem with dealing with an individual is that if they take a vacation or have a family problem or God forbid have a serious accident they have no one to take their place. He responded promptly to my email. Just one experience. one note: the seat combined with my forward controls is extremely comfortable after you get used to riding is a slightly laid back position. I think that draggerseats are now advertised on powerpartsplus.com under R* seats so maybe he sells thru them. If you want a long ride seat, I can rebuild your stock seat for a lot less than your cost of a Mustang or Corbin.
