any body ever done this? 2 Months ago
if you look at my bike in the pic. i turned the eyebrows around to rig up a back rest for myself.
i want to put a tour pack on and use it as a back rest and be able to take the pack off leaving a luggage rack.
so question is have any of you fine folks done anything like that on a solo bagger?

I entertained the idea but like the flex of my Grasshopper backrest. My plan is similar and involves cutting a short sissy bar down close to the fender and welding a flat plate on top to carry my studded Mustang bag.

I know, it just looks more balanced to me with them flipped. Onry, 75koma did exactly what you are talking about with a trunk and solo.
