If i remember right the fender gets chopped off shortly after the rear seat bolt.

You can fit a 180 tire under the rear fender without mods other than grinding the inside of the sub-frame like previously mentioned. A 190 or bigger is going to require other mods to get the job done.

I have had the 180 on and went up the street a few times. My issue is that the fender looked to close to the tire to have my wife on the back. If I rode solo then I don't think it would have been a problem. I didn't think it was safe enough to have one. I don't know if putting a Roadwing on with it on a stiffer setting would make it ok.
