yes.... let us know if the duct tape works....

I used a hairdryer and goo gone...

watch the goo gone if you read the label it WILL harm the finish of the windshield I bought some to use on my sheild and my wife read the bottle and informed me of my almost big mistake I did NOT use it.

Steven

I am reading the label now for

GOO GONE

DIRECTIONS:Test all surfaces before using.Apply a small amount of GOO GONE to an inconspicuous area.If surface mars, discolors or fades,do not use this product(NOTE: Do not use on silk, leather, suede or rubber.)

No other warnings any where else on the label...except the poison symbol and "do not swallow"

I dont see where it says it is unsafe for windshields...

It is Citrus based and furniture stores use it on the surfaces of fine furniture....to remove sticky labels

Had a dining room set delivered and there was a label on the the back of each chair on the outside on the satin like
surface..idiots..why put labels there ..anyway not wanting to harm the surface with our nails etc...cause they woudn't peel... we called the store and the guy come over with a soft cloth and goo gone and gently removed the stickers...

Said they use it all the time

I had to have some of that stuff.... got a bottle at my local CTC store ..and I have used it several times...good stuff...

WD-40

Its the Liquid Duct Tape. Fixes almost anything.

I carry 3 essential tools.

Duct Tape = put it together
WD-40 = cleaner/lubricator
Hammer = take it apart / destroy that which can not be cleaned or put together.

All Jokes aside... WD-40 and Razor blade (Gently)

Good morning from Jersey.

Just wanted to say thanx to all who responded and give an update.

Tried duct tape( a few strips )and it took a little off. Maybe mine is the cheap stuff. Then tried some brown 2" adhesive tape and that did it. One strip and just WD-40 the residue left behind. Looks great and hassle free.

Duct Tape meathod can work good, but not always. Here's a good combo for glass (not plexiglass) - saturate the area with Windex and use a razor blade. Keep squirting and scraping and you end up with a snot-like goo, you can remove with a paper towel.

This is the meathod we used when I worked at a used car lot in Japan.

be very carefull with the steel razor blade...I scratched the dickens out of my rear view mirror on my truck... thinkin it was glass ... some materials can handle it but nickin and scratchin can happen VERY easily...even when you are carefull...

They however make Plastic razor blades just for the task at hand...

I guess I'll find out which method works best. My bike should be delivered within the hour.

Duct tape. Press it on evenly - extra pressure around the edges of the sticker, then rip it off like pulling off a bandaid. No way would I put a razor blade on that windsheild.
