Hey Doc I see you put control housing instead of covers ...any tips on installing ....although covers would be simpler I do not want to increase the size of the box..need an indoor project as it is hot as hades here a lot of shop time..Coug

No big deal to install .... just need to be careful.

All the innards have to be removed so make sure the area around the bike is clean so that you can see the small pieces when they drop out.

Take pics or draw the connections ..... it's easy to forget where everything connects.

Mine didn't clam up prefectly like stock, so there is a slight space on the bottom between the two sides.

Yea, ditto on Republic Cycle as well from me as well... I have had nothing but great service from them!
