Just thought I would pass along a few small details. My brother in law and I are trying to organize a ride for a 13 y/o boy who I believe has cancer. I do not know what his name is or all the details of his situation. The details that I do have at this time are as follows:

Date: September 13,2008
Time: Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. c.s.t.
Ride Begins at 10:00 a.m. c.s.t.
Ride Begins: Union Hill Volunteer Fire Department Station 2. Located at the intersection of Co. Rd. 114 and U.S. Hwy 77.
Cost: $15 Donation

Let me talk it over with the wife, maybe I can turn loose and ride east! I'll let you know closer to time. If I get to go I will try to get some locals to ride also......If you are affiliated with the Southern Cruisers or know someone local who is get them involved, they seem to get good crowds together for charity rides. Sounds good. I have heard of Southern Cruisers before but not familiar with them. How would I go about getting in touch with them other than the internet or is that the only way? Hopefully we will have a good turn out for the ride. I am not very familiar with this child or his situation but my brother in law knows more about it. I will post again when I can get more information about everything. Thanks.
