So it sounds pretty universal. 70-75 mph runs pretty well with no hard work for the motor but no problem popping up to 90+ when needed. Thats good enough for me. Dont need to be the fastest thing on the street anymore LOL. Like most, Im sure I used to be a speed freak. HAd an '84 Softail that I built back in the early 90's that was only a 4 speed but the speedo was buried (120 mph) with a good bit of throttle left. I also had an '83 Yamaha Venture that had the prototype VMAX motor in it. That bike would flat haul ass. I have had this Roadie for about a year and put about 12 thousand miles on it so far....no too bad considering Colorado winters arent all that friendly for bike riding! I wish I would got it sooner.
