Bike lights 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Just mounted some old LEDs I had laying around ( funny thing to just have hanging around in a box LOL)> Nothing to major but enough to make it purdy. Just need to go get me a toggle switch for 'em. They look pretty good at night tho. Hooked them right to the battery to see what kinda job I did in the daylight when I couldnt really tell. Will take picks soon. Like tonight. I just lit up the motor a bit. What I wanna do next is mount a few under the floorboards to make some ground effect lighting and maybe some between the bags and the rear fender to light up the empty space and be seen from behind a bit better. I know that running them while you are on the road isnt compleletly legal but what are they gonna do...ticket me for helping ensure my safety? Probably HAHAHAHA

Cool! Enjoy! Post some pics. Its legal in some states to ride with them on. Other states only care if they are red/blue and can be seen from the front. Some consider any accent lights a distraction and are illegal. Depends on your state. If your state is this last kind.... move

I'll have to check on the laws for sure. I think here in Colorado...the great American cop state...it is illegal but Im moving to Florida next summer so I guess I better check. I know FL has some really messed up vehicle laws. Like if you back to the curb to park your bike with the front end facing traffic so you can actually see whats coming when you leave.....$75 ticket.
