Mine faded so bad that I had to take the paint off with acatone. I've only had it painted a little while guess this Texas sun bleaches or burns everything. Think I am just going to leave it clear and hope they come out with a toomstone to fit my bike. Mines fine. I clear coated over mine so maybe that makes a difference. But you could be right about the sun. I may do it at a later date and not have to worry about the sun fading it after that. I'm still hoping they will come out with a toomstone that will cover the dent in the rear finder I know a lot of guys would buy them.
