Hey Musky!!! 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Have you had to repaint your tail/brake light yet? Mine faded so bad that I had to take the paint off with acatone. I've only had it painted a little while guess this Texas sun bleaches or burns everything. Think I am just going to leave it clear and hope they come out with a toomstone to fit my bike. The turn signals I painted on the inside and they are fine.

Nope. Mines fine. I clear coated over mine so maybe that makes a difference. But you could be right about the sun. Did you use the same paint I did?

Yep same stuff but didn't do the clear coat wasn't sure if it would cause it to bubble or run. Acatone sure cleans it up though. I my redo it and clear coat it this time.

If you get the urge to tear things apart again you can take the tail light apart. - Tail light

Yes I have considered do this but sure is a lot of work. I may do it at a later date and not have to worry about the sun fading it after that. I'm still hoping they will come out with a toomstone that will cover the dent in the rear finder I know a lot of guys would buy them. But there is no telling what I will come up with in the mean time.
