tire guage 3 Months, 1 Week ago
OK here is the question. As I read all of the posts about tire pressure, it made me start checking mine more often. I find that the normal "Obama Energy Plan" straight pencil style pressure gauge is a pain in the neck to use on the Star. What style or type do ya'll recommend as a much superior gauge for use on the Roadie??

You can get that same (different brand but overall same) basic round gauge at Wally World for about 4 bucks!

I use one like this http://www.getagage.com/DialTireGauges.cfm
  • I have the spokes and the swivel angle gauge is easier for me to press onto the valve. It's worth the extra few bucks to me.

Thats the same one I use...... makes it super easy to check and fill the tire, since the guage stays on the valve stem. Plus it allows you to bleed of excess pressure and still get an accurate reading.
