Tricks up your sleeve thread 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
What kinda tricks do you have? For example - Drying your bike with a leaf blower after you wash it to prevent spots After I saw a "bike dryer" in a magazine for $200.00

i use eagle detailing wax spray it on while bike is wet then take my time drying the bike and it leaves a nice shine its called wax as you dry works wonderful,wd-40 works well on removing the white wax residue of rubber/plastic partswhen you use regular wax..

I use my regular old air compressor , just be sure it's been drained recently (so your not blowing rusty water all over your bike) , and I use the rubber end in the air nozzle to prevent any scratches (accidental) to the bike. BB

Mr CLean Scrubber Pad and Invisible Glass on the windshield makes for a bug free streak free clean...dry it with a micro fiber cloth and it's perfect.

I use Simple Green and a Mr. Clean Scrubber on the white walls...again perfect cleaning...seeing a pattern?

Been using the old leaf blower and Pledge trick for decades

I keep a zip lock bag in the fairing bag for the cell phone in case of rain...

Regards, Ted

I wipe my bike down after every ride. Regardless of how late i get in. takes 5 minutes and it rolls out the next day shinning. It has never left the garage dirty and has never seen water. (except for rain ofcourse.)
