Third brake light. 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I would like to put a brake light up on my passenger back rest. I have the tall back rest support and the curved backrest pad so it is not smooth on the back. I want something that looks nice and not duct taped or hanger wired on. If anyone has any ideas or has done this I would like to know. I would like to know a supplier, part used and how it is mounted.
I plan on putting on a Kuryakyn "triple whammy" on the turn signals and brake light but I want something up higher.
Thanks

I put a couple of led's on either side of my license plate and with the kury rtb controller it lights up the back pretty good.

How about SuperGlue'd?

What about radiantz array? http://www.customdynamics.com/flex_led_array.htm.

Don't know what look you are going after. Check other options there if you don't like those.

I have the triple whammy also. I swapped out the the reflector on the bags with a led conversion from J&P Cycles and a 24 light array under each of the bags.

A BIG and LONG cut above the rest! The 60 LED strips fit inside an aluminum housing and mount behind build-in, flush mounted acrylic lenses which have clear prismatic diffusors. The 1/4" thick acrylic lenses allow you to fit these lights into curved fenders, roll pans and pickup bed corners and form them for that seamless look. Taillight Hot Slots have dual intensity for taillights and turn-brake lights. The 3rd Brake Light.
